Have you had serious conflict in a romantic relationship in the last 5 years? Are you an adult female? Or do you know anyone in this situation? If so, please take some time to read this.
Sandra Erb, a Graduate Student Researcher in the Psychology Department at the University of Guelph along with Dr. Paula Barata, Associate Professor for the same department are currently conducting a survey to explore conflict in romantic relationships and the role of self-compassion on the negative thoughts and feelings (shame and self-blame) that are so often experienced by women exposed to violence in an intimate relationship.
If you are interested in participating, please follow this link and complete the 25 minutes survey
Please note that all answers will remain confidential and will not be linked to your name. The survey will examine the conflict in your romantic relationship and ask about your thoughts, feelings, and actions.
Paper copies of the survey are available if you prefer (contact Sandra Erb at 519-824-4120 Ext. 56567 or by email here). Help filling out the survey is also available.
Also, to thank-you for your time, you can enter a draw for a $25.00 Gift Card to Tim Horton’s or Starbucks. Your chances of winning a card are approximately 1 in 25.
The survey closes March 1, 2017
